Hotel on Friday, March 2nd.
Doors open at 5:00pm with the silent auction and live music by esteemed Oaks senior, pianist Justin Cai. During this time, games, a cash wine bar, and appetizers will be available. Following the silent auction, we will be served a sit down dinner with a live auction as well as a dessert auction.

Order of Events
5:00pm Doors Open
6:50pm Green Silent Auction Closes
7:00pm Gold Silent Auction Closes
Dinner is served and Live Auction begins
Dress for the evening is cocktail attire (black tie optional).
Mixed greens with sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese, dressed with a basil vinaigrette
Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
Wrapped in Parma ham and stuffed with wild mushrooms, herbs, and Brie, served on roasted garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with a Meyer lemon fresh thyme butter sauce, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables
Braised Beef Short Ribs
Slow braised boneless beef short ribs, served on roasted garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with a red wine reduction sauce, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables
Open-face portobello and sweet potato veggie burger, accompanied by kalamata-carmelized onion Pomodoro sauce, grape tomato and caper relish, with basil reduction
All entrees are gluten free.
Dinner will be followed by a Dessert Auction.
